Employee was performing maintenance on a front wheel loader engine bay. EE lost balance and fell ~4ft to the shop floor. EE's right ring finger was dislocated and the Sacrum bone was cracked.

A Customer truck driver pulled over onsite complaining of extreme fatigue, trouble breathing, and feeling sick. 911 was called and EMS arrived on scene to take the driver to the hospital.

rough waters/wind caused a work boat to slam against the dredge pipe + Pontoon while employees were working on extending the dredgeline. Employee's finger was slammed between the boat edge & pipe. This acutely fractured employee's second distal phalanx of the index finger & caused some small tissue damage.
