Employee was attaching a hose to a portable water pump used for drainage. They pinched right pinky with the hoses attachment cam-lock while locking in the hose. Bruising only.

Employee was installing a new track retainer pin on a CAT 349 Excavator. When hitting the pin with a sledgehammer a piece of the pin broke off and impacted the employees leg. This left a puncture wound on the employee right thigh.

Employee was working on CAT Excavator tracks attempting to reinsert a roller pin. While striking the pin with a hammer a sliver a metal broke off and enter EE's right calf. Metal was removed by emergency clinic and 10 stitches were given.

Worker was attempting to weld on a piece of c-channel iron placed on a welding table. When leaning over they knocked the iron off the table and onto their right foot. The impact broke 2 bones in the arch of their foot.

Employee was conducting maintenance on a dozer's tension idler. The idler was unknowingly under pressure and when the mechanic began removing the bolts holding the idler in place the idler broke loose and struck the mechanic. The idler fractured the knuckle on his right pinky finger and the area of the skull above his right eye.
