Employee was installing a new track retainer pin on a CAT 349 Excavator. When hitting the pin with a sledgehammer a piece of the pin broke off and impacted the employees leg. This left a puncture wound on the employee right thigh.
Employee lost balance in the mud stepping off the ladder of a Articulated Haul Truck and strained Right Knee.

Employee was working on CAT Excavator tracks attempting to reinsert a roller pin. While striking the pin with a hammer a sliver a metal broke off and enter EE's right calf. Metal was removed by emergency clinic and 10 stitches were given.

Employee was using pry bars to turn water pump sheaves in order to fit new belts between the fines recovery pumps and its motor. Employee's hand slipped off bar smashing EE's finger.

Worker was attempting to weld on a piece of c-channel iron placed on a welding table. When leaning over they knocked the iron off the table and onto their right foot. The impact broke 2 bones in the arch of their foot.
Employee was greasing excavator boom and slipped on the tracks. Employee hit employee's head on the tracks/ground and received a concussion.

Employee was conducting maintenance on a dozer's tension idler. The idler was unknowingly under pressure and when the mechanic began removing the bolts holding the idler in place the idler broke loose and struck the mechanic. The idler fractured the knuckle on his right pinky finger and the area of the skull above his right eye.
