Employee was driving a loader and got a piece of dirt in eye. Taken to Hospital where they rinsed the eye out and then returned to work. Everything ok.

Miner entered under a screen. EE hit a frame and EE's hard hat fell off. Bent over to pick up the hard hat and a rock hit EE's head. Went to the hospital and had 6 staples on left side of head. Miner returned to work on 02/20/2023.
