MR. RUSSELL JUSTUS CAME TO MINE OFFICE AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE, PERRY SLONE JR. OVER THE HEAD WITH THE BUTT OF A GUN. COUNTY POLICE WERE CALLED. JUSTUS WAS TAKEN TO COUNTY JAIL AND MR. SLONE WAS T AKEN TO BUCHANAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, WHERE HE WAS TREATED AND RELEASED.
