EE WAS WORKING IN THE FILL AREA OPERATING A DOZER. IT WAS NEAR THE END OF THE SHIFT AND OTHER SUPERINTENDENT WENT TO THE AREA TO TRANSPORT HE TO THE OPERATIONS ROOM FOR CLEANUP. HE GOT INTO TH E BACK OF THE PICK UP TRUCK BECAUSE OF THE FLYASH ON HIS SAFETY BOOTS AND CLOTHING. INROUTE HE ALLEGEDLY STRUCK HIS LOWER BACK ON THE WHGEELWELL INT HE BACK OF THE TRUCK.
