Employee picked up a 80 pound piece of steel and while holding it slid out of their hands and landed on top of boot. Employee stated that it did not hit the steel part of the boot.

Employee picked up a 80 pound piece of steel and while holding it, it slid out of EE's hand. The steel then landed on top of EE's boot. EE stated it did not hit the steel part of the boot.

EE was walking toward a pump station when ee tripped over a 2"" water hose, causing ee to stumble and land on wet sand awkwardly with left foot causing a six inch crack in left fibula.
