EE was taking the cutting edge off of a loader. A bolt slipped, EE reached for it cutting EE's hand open. EE received 13 stitches.

Employee picked up a 80 pound piece of steel and while holding it slid out of their hands and landed on top of boot. Employee stated that it did not hit the steel part of the boot.
