Employee picked up a 80 pound piece of steel and while holding it slid out of their hands and landed on top of boot. Employee stated that it did not hit the steel part of the boot.

EE WAS REMOVING A FUEL FILTER FROM THE FD-30 DOZER. WHILE PULLING ON THE FILTER WRENCH HE FELT SOME PAIN IN HIS STOMACH. THE DR DIAGNOSED THE INJURY AS A HERNIA. THERE HAS BENN O LOST TIME TOD ATE, PENDING SURGERY TO REPAIR HERNIA
