THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCED LOWER BACK PAIN CAUSED BY OPERATING A RUBBER TIRED FRON TEND LOADER.THIS CONDITION WAS CAUSED BY NORMAL OPERATION OF THE LOADER.INJURY APPEARS TO BE TEMPORARY.
