MACHINERY
Raleigh Steel Construction Inc. · Struck against a moving object
Dozer pushing in hollow fill, spoil slid in behind dozer, placing a large rock in the dozers run. Operator did not see the rock. EE backed into rock, injured his neck and his right side was numb. Sent EE to hospital.
