OPERATOR WAS CLEANING WINDOWS ON LOADER WHEN HIS LEFT FOOT CAUGHT A PIECE OF STEEL AND TWISTED LEFT FOOT. THE HEELS ON HIS BOOTS WERE LONG IN LENGTH.

A PIECE OF STEEL FLEW UP UNDER TH EWELDING HOOD EE WA SWEARING WHILE GRINDING AND LODGED IN HIS RIGHT EYE. (HE WAS LOOKIGN THROUH THE CLAR SHILED). THE STEEL WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REMOVED FROM HI S EYE BY A DR AND THE EYE IS HOW BACK TO NORMAL.
