EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A BOLT WITH A TORCH. DURING THIS PROCESS, A SMALL GREASE FIRE IGNITED. THEMPLOYEE, WITH HIS RIGHT HAND GRABBED A CONTAINER OF WATER TO DOWSE THE FIRE. AS HE THREW THE W ATER, HSI RIGHT AND PASSED UNDER THE TORCH, CAUSING THE BURN.

HE SUFFERED A DISLOCATED RIGHT SHOULDER. HIS SHOULDER WAS REPAIRED AT THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM UNDER ANESTHESIA.
