ACCIDENT VICTIM3WAS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR HAULER AND WAS ALONE AT THE QUARRY LOADING HIS TRUCK WITH A RUBBER TIRED FRONT END LOADER OWNED BY THE QUARRY OPERATOR. WHEN A QUARY EMP RETURNED TO THE QUARRY H9 FOUND THE FRONT END LOADER HAD OVERTURNED AT A DITCH WITH THE VICTIM BENEATH THE MACHINE. VICTIM WAS DEAD WHEN FOUND
