The EE was adjusting some screws on the disks brakes of an article truck (#350). The screw driver broke, cutting his right hand thumb. They gave him 5 stitches.
The employee was removing a ladder from the press machine to put near the boom truck. When he tried to do it, the ladder slipped and he jumped out off the truck. He was impacted to his left lateral side and they took 108 stitches.

WHEN HE REMOVED THE LID OF THE RADIATOR THE PRESSURE OF T HE VAPOR CAUSED A SQUIRT OF HOT WATER THAT REACHED HIS RIGHT SIDE OF THE FACE, EYE AND HEAD, CAUSING BURNS IN THESE AREAS.
EE INDICATES THAT WHILE HE WAS CUTTING A RUBBER BAND FROM A CONVEYOR, THE RAZOR HE WAS USING TO CUT SAID RUBBER BAND SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO CUT HIS LEFT THUMB.
THE EE ALLEDGES THAT HE HAS FELT MUCK PAIN IN HIS BACK, AND THE PAIN HAS BEEN INCREASING AND THEREFORE HE IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE RISK MOVEMENTS, WEAKENING HIS STRENGHTS.
