Employee was operating a dozer that did not have a closed in cab under windy conditions. Some type of trash got around his safety glasses and got into his eye and he had to go to the eye doctor the next day and had a return visit the following day.

DRILLING FOR CLAY ON GUS PRESSON PROPERTY NEAR MCKENZIE TN.HE WAS TAKING PIECE OFF PLATFORM ON DRILL RIG.FOOT SLIPPED OFF DRILL RIG AND PLATFORM CAME UP AND HIT HIM IN THE RIGHT FOREHEAD JUST JUST ABOVE RIGHT EYE LACERATING FOREHEAD AND REQ 6 SUTURES.
