August 10, 2006 NM · Metal/Non-Metal ledgeman/hand, quarry man HANDTOOLS (NONPOWERED)

Employee was cutting the lagging, while laying down on the conveyor belt. The knife slipped and lacerated his left knee. The wound required sutures which will be removed in 10 days. The employee was released to "full duty" immediately.
