Employee was diagnosed with Occupational Pneumoconiosis on 6/16/24 by a Niosh b reader. Employee continues to work.
Employee was trying to lift a small knack toolbox upon a 4-wheeler to move it up when as EE lifted, EE felt sharp pain in lower back. EE was taken by ambulance to hospital and taken off work due to the injury.

Employee was exiting the mantrip and struck their left elbow against canopy post, They sought treatment for it during vacation 12/29/23 and was taken off work.
EE was watching cathead as it was being moved with scoop, it came unhooked and EE told Co-Worker to back up scoop, when backing scoop up Co-Worker hit EE in both legs resulting in a torn muscle in the left leg below knee.
EE was diagnosed with Occupational Pneumoconiosis on 10/9/2023 when EE's x ray was taken and read, we were notified on 1/19/2024 of EE's diagnosis.
Employee installed the outside bolt on the 4th row in the crosscut, while holding the steel EE dropped the pot to swing it in. As the pot dropped it came in contact with the steel EE was holding causing the 4 foot drill steel to penetrate EE's right boot resulting in a fracture to a toe and laceration to the foot
