Employee was helping repair flights on the sand screw. Employee was turning the screw using the V-belts so that the flight could be welded. Employee said that they felt a pull in their shoulder and reported it to the supervisor at the end of shift. Weather was clear and sunny. Employee was in front of screw pulling down on v-belts. Machine was locked out and tested.
