Employee was trying to get away from a bee that was in the crusher tower when EE was stung by the bee above upper lip. Employee was taken to NextCare urgent care where EE was given two shots in case of allergic reaction. Employee was released to full duty on 4/14/17 with follow up visit on 4/16/17.

THE WASHPLANT OPERATOR WAS LOADING SCREENS ONTO THE MAN-LIFT. WHILE DOING SO ONE OF THE SCREENS STARTED TO FALL OFF. THE WASH-PLANT OPERATOR TRIED TO STOP THE SCREEN FROM FALLING. HE GRABBED T HE SCREEN, AND THE SCREEN JERKED AND TWISTED HIS BACK. THE OPERATOR SUSTAINED A SPRAIN TO HIS LOWER BACK.
