EE STEPPED DOWN FROM A LOADER BUMPER TO A TRUCK BUMPER, HE THEN ENTERED HIS TRUCK AND DROVE OFF AND THEN COMPLAINED OF BACK PAIN. WE DID NOT FILE A REPORT BECAUSE WE DID NOT BELIEVE IT TO BE A JOB RELATED INJURY. WV COMP. DENIED THE CLAIM O3-17-98, THEN APPROVED IT ON 3-30-98. WE ARE NOT CONVINCED.
EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A CAN CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 3 GALLONS OF OIL FROM THE GROUND TO THE TOP OF THE DOZER WHEN HE PULLED SOMETHING IN HIS CHSEST AND SIDE.
