EE was flipping the stationary jaw die on the 400x Powerscreen Jaw and prematurely removed the lifting strap before it was secured, dropping it on EE's left foot. EE wore proper PPE. Foreman and operator witnessed the event. An EE immediately helped lift the heavy die to free EE's foot. A properly rated strap was used.
