EE WAS PERFORMING MAINTENANCE WORK ON 4600 DRAGLINE WHICH INVOLVED AN AMOUNT OF HEAVY LIFTING. HE EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS BACK BUT DID NOT MISS ANY TIME AT WORK UNTIL 8-23-95. AT THIS TIME HE DECIDED TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
