Prying up scraper to flip over to weld a chain tie down. While lifting scraper, scraper fell back on their right leg cutting their shin.

Employee was tasked with straightening and resetting the bonnet on the Raptor 400 Standard cone crusher. EE then reached in with a hand to remove the rock and the angle iron pinched a thumb between the corner of the angle iron and side of the bonnet causing a laceration to the right thumb.

Employee was using a utility knife to cut a hole in a belt to put a rope through, in order to lace the belt back onto the conveyor. Utility knife slipped resulting in 1" laceration to left thigh.

Operator was preparing to flip cutting edge on skid steer bucket, bolt started to spin in hole so operator tried to push pin back in square hole. Spinning bolt cut EE's left index finger resulting in 5 stitches. Operator was wearing gloves.
