JOHN DAVID WAS ASSSITING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO CLEAN #1 SCREEN. THEY HAD CLIMBED INTO A HOPPER FOR ACCESS TO THE SCREEN AND WHEN JOHN DAVID CLIMBED OUT OF THE HOPPER HER COMPLAINED THAT HE COULD NOT STRAIGHTEN HIS LEFT LEG.
