2 EE'S WERE TRYING TO REMOVE FROZEN MATERIAL FROM CHUTE AT DUST PLANT. ONE EE WAS HOLDING BAR WHILE THE OTHER STRUCK IT WITH A HAMMER. THE SECOND EE MISSED THE BAR, AND STRUCK THE FIRST EE'S W RIST, PINNING IT AGAINST THE EDGE OF CHUTE, CAUSING LACERATION.
