Employee was cleaning up a area of some 6x6 blocks and putting them in the bobcat bucket. EE lost one end of the block and pinched the pinky finger on the block underneath.

The employee was using a 8" hand held grinder to square up the excavator bucket pin boss face. When grinding employee got a piece of steel in left eye. Employee received medical treatment to have it removed.

The employee was in process of replacing a hydraulic cylinder on crusher and the cylinder slid down and caught his pinky finger. The employee received two stiches and some glue.

The employee was in the process of changing a pressure relieve switch when it suddenly blew off. The reason why this occurred is because the employee failed to let off the hydraulic system resulting in the incident. The employee was hit in the right eye with hydraulic oil Sent to local ER for a complete eye washing and medication.

The impact crusher had stalled leaving rock lodged inside. Employee's were rolling boulder out of impactor when employee's hand was caught cutting his finger. The two employees were not communicating together and the rock slid onto the employee's hand causing the injury.

Employee stated that he has been wearing proper hearing protection while working around equipment. Employee also stated that he has started to wear hearing protection while working at home. He is unsure why there was a change in his hearing.
