THE OFF ROAD DUMP WAS STUCK WITH A LOAD (SUNKENIN THE GROUND) & A TOWING CHAIN WAS ATTACHED TO THE REAR OFF THE DUMP TRUCK & THE REAR OF THE TD15 DOZER THE CHAIN BROKE AWAY AT THE HOOK CAUSING THE CHAIN TO PROPEL THRU THE BACK WINDOW OF THEDOZER GRAZING PIECES OF GLASS CUT THE VICTIMS ELBOW
