HE WAS SLIDING A PIECE OF STEEL INTO THE CUTTING RACK WHEN HE TURNED FAST HE TWISTED HIS BACK. HE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 4-18-95.
WHILE WORKING ON WATER PUMP IN QUARRY PUMPHOUSE, HE LIFTED A HEAVY OBJECT AND HURT HIS BACK.
