ON HIS WAY TO WORK EE STOPPED AT HOSPITAL COMPLAINING OF CHEST PAINS & NUMBNESS IN ARMS. HE DID NOT LET HOSPITAL ADMIT HIM. HE DROVE APPROX. 1 HOUR TO JOB SITE. EE SAW HIM HOLDING HIS CHEST AR OUND 6:45 AM. AND ASKED HIM IF HE WAS O.K. TRIEDTO TALK HIM INTO GOING TO A DR. EE CALLED HIS WIFE TO GET HIM & PROCEEDED TO HIS CAR. WHILE IN CAR, EE SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK & EXPIRED @ OSF.
