Employee felt over heated, took a break in the AC room, was drinking water with electrolytes, 40 minutes later EE stated EE felt better and returned to working on the plant later ended EE's shift and left work at 9 pm. While travelling home EE stated that EE's hands and feet began to draw up and cramping and went to the ER.

letting the condenser door down on a copco t45 drill. the employee felt a sharp pain in EE's right shoulder blade. told management EE wanted to see how it feels after the weekend. on 3/24/25 monday still the same management had employee go to er. still going through test and MRI today 3/28/2025.
