An employee was in the process of repairing the idle crusher brake. He was in the process of drilling the bolts out of the crusher brake. He was wearing safety glasses but some metal shavings fell into his right eye. He left work to be treated by an eye doctor

The employee bent over to pick up & move a 5# rock off the road. He had pain in his rt shoulder and bicep so he went to HealthReach. The doctor recommended he see an orthopedic doctor. He saw the orthopedic on 12/19/14 and was diagnosed with a stretched long tendon in his bicep. No medication, lost days or surgery are needed.
