Employee strained lower back while cleaning the flywheel on the shorthead cone of a portable crusher. Employee said he was OK and finished his shift. The following day he went to a doctor and was taken off work for one day and returned to work on Aug 16, 2006. Doctor diagnosed the injury as a simple muscle spasm.
