Employee was changing cutting edge blade. Place hand on bolt for support and bolt spun out, grabbing EE's gloved hand and cutting through to the skin.

Large bridged rock stuck in the jaw crusher. Crusher was lock/tagged out and employee was removing rock. Rock shifted and pinched EE's pinky finger causing a fracture. Finger was splinted at hospital and employee was returned to work at full duty.
