EE was driving a 35 ton backdump. He was going uphill with a full load. The load shifted back and the transmission shifted down at the same time allowing more torque to pull wheels. This allowed front wheels to lift off ground into standing position. When load came off truck came down.

EE's backdump was being worked on so the supervisor told EE to help clean up in shop. EE was sweeping the floor when his elbow accidently tipped over a container of tire seal and it splashed in his eyes. He then went and cleaned his eyes out with eye wash.
