On July 28, EE was changing screens in a shaker and scratched his elbow and finger. On Aug. 8 EE complained that his finger was beginning to bother him and went to the Doctor. The Doctor requested he return on Aug. 10. On Aug. 10 the Doctor determined that his finger was infected and had his finger lanced.

EE was replacing a starter in the MCC room. EE was removing the ground wire from the damaged starter when the wire accidentally touched the back of the starter next to it; there was a flash/spark. EE complained of seeing spots but continued to work and finished his shift. The next day EE informed us that his eyes were bothering him and he was going to see a doctor.

It was night and employee was checking the water in the cells of the battery in the big generator room. He could not see, so he turned around and switched on the lights, turned back around towards the battery, and it exploded in his face.
