Employee slipped on a wet conveyor belt while inspecting a splice and their right knee came into contact with the metal chute. Employee received 7 stitches on lacerated area below knee.

Employee was attempting to move a metal portable folding explosive sign, when employee lifted the sign the legs folded together pinching the employees right middle finger.
