Slipped off back of pick up while cleaning it out

While removing overburden, the excavator slipped on wet black dirt down bench approximately 8 to 10 feet coming to rest on it's side. The operator was wearing EE's seatbelt and exited the equipment on EE's own. Emergency responders were summoned to the site and the operator was transported for medical review. The equipment was inspected by a vendor mechanic, no repairs needed.
