While throwing a rock into the jaw to help get a big rock out of the crusher employee's hand was smashed between the rock and the I beam in the front of the opening. This caused the skin to open on left thumb.

Employee was cutting cardboard with a straightedge and a razor knife. Knife slipped over straightedge and cut thumb of left hand.
