On September 22, 2025, an individual entered the facility's parking lot and illegally stole an employee's vehicle. The individual took the wrong exit and headed toward the plant area. The employee confronted them but was struck in the back of the head with a drill found in the vehicle, causing a minor injury. The individual was later arrested in the nearby community.

The employee alleges that when employee got off employee's heavy equipment, employee stepped on a stone from the internal road, causing pain in right knee.

Employee alleges that EE was tightening the oil tube bolts on the 320B excavator bucket. When EE was adjusting one of the Allen screws, the tool came loose causing the ring finger of EE's left hand to hit the metal, causing swelling in the finger.
The employee alleges that while filling the truck's tank with diesel the hose of the air pump that draws diesel from the tank came loose, spreading diesel down the ladder, railings, and floor of the truck. When the employee tried to get down, EE slipped hitting EE's groin, thigh and knee on the right side of the body.
