AT PASCO MACHINE CO UNLOADING EQUIPMENT, I DIRECTED THE CRANE OPERATOR TO EXTEND THE BOOM, WHEN MY MIDDLE FINGER OF THE LEFT HAND SLIPPED INTO A HOLE ON THE BOOM AND AS THE BOOM CONTINUED TO E XTEND, THE END OF MY FINGER WAS SHEERED OFF. *THIS ACCIDENT WAS OFFSITE AT A MACHINE COMPANY.

ON 2-23-93, LAYOFF DUE TO LACK OF WORK HE FILED A CLAIM FOR TIME LOSS DUE TO INJURY FROM LOADER SEAT. THIS CLAIMS IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR POSSIBLE FRAUD. HE HAS A ROOFING COMPANY ON THE SIDE.
