KING PIN AREA OF LOWBOY HAD A HOLE IN TRAILER FLOOR (DESIGNED THAT WAY). EMPLOYEE STEPPED BACKWARDS INTO HOLE. LOST BALANCE, AND FELL APPROX 4' FACE FIRST ONTO GROUND. SUFFERED FACIAL LACERATIONS.
