Employee tripped and cut the palm of right hand requiring stitches.
Employee was changing v-belts on a crusher and fingers got stuck between the v-belts and the sheave.
Employee was shoveling a tail pulley when employee slipped and fell. When employee fell employee cut forehead above right eye.
