WHILE MOVING SCRAP IRON (SMALL PIECES OF I-BEAM) BY HAND INTO A PILE. HIS FINGER GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN ONE ALREADY IN THE PILE AND THE ONE HE WAS SLIDING NEXT TO IT. FINGER WAS CUT AND REQUIRED S TITCHES. HE WASN'T WEARING GLOVES AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
