EE WAS RIDING IN RAIL BUSIN THE END WHERE LONG BLOLTER STEEL HAD BEEN LOADED. THE STEEL EITHER VIBRATED OUT THE SIDE OF THE BUS OR EE MOVED IT TO GET MOTRE COMFORTABLE AND IT CAUGHT THE RIB AF THE END OF #49 INTERSECTION AND SWUNG AROUND ANDHIT EE CAUSING LACERATION TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HEAD AND HOSE.
