EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING OUT OF PICKUP AND THE PICKUP BEGAN TO MOVE AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE BUMPER WHICH RESULTED INTWISTING THE LEG - WHICH PULLED THE LIGAMENTS AND MUSCLES OF LEFT LEG BEL OW THE KNEE. TOO SORE TO STAND ON SO USED CRTUCHES FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.
