AFTER LOADING RAILROAD HOPPER CARS WITH SAND, HE WAS TRYING TO RESET COUPLING MECHANISM. PULLED ON HANDLE WHICH NORMALLY PULLS EASILY AND EXPECTING IT TO DO SO PULLED UP HARD ON IT AND IT WOUL D NOT GIVE AND STRAINED HIS NECK AND SHOULDER MUSCLES.
