EMPLOYEE WAS DEPARTING DOWN A STIRCASE AFTER A DAILY MAINTENCE GREASING OF THE CLASSIFIER PORTION OF THE CRUSHER;AS HE WAS EXITING DON THE STAIRCASE, WHEN APPROX. 10 FEET FROM THE GROUND EMPLO YEE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND. THE WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE MISTY AND WET WHEN THE EMPLOYEE WAS COMING DOWN THE STAIRCASE, HE WAS NOT HOLDING ONTO THE RAILING.
