EE was helping change blow bars on crusher plant. The blow bar slipped and hit his index finger on his left hand. He was sent to company dr-imediately.

EE was cutting piece of rubber flashing for the crusher with his personal pocket knife. The knife slipped and cut his right hand in the ball area of hand next to thumb. He reported to supervisor immediately.
