On December 11, 2014, employee struck his shin on a grounding rod sticking out of the ground. As a result, he fell to the ground. On the morning of December 18, 2014, the pain landed him in the emergency room and after x-rays, it was determined that there was a rib fracture, due to the fall. Supervisors were informed of the incident later in the day on December 18, 2014.
