EE WAS INSTALLING A LIFT CYLINDER ON A HAUL TRUCK. WHEN HE STEPPED FROM ONE FRAMED RAIL TO ANOTHER HIS FOOTING SLIPPED ON SOME OIL CAUSING HIM TO FALL ABOUT 3' TO THE GROUND.

EE AND OTHER WERE REMOVING A SHAFT, BEARINGS AND HOUSING FROM A VIBRATORY FEEDER. THEY WERE USING A FLAT BED TRUCK WITH CRANE TO STAND ON AND LEFT SHAFT. THE SHAFT WAS STUCK AND WHEN IT CAME L OOSE ITS HIT THE TRUCK AND KNOCK EE OFF. HE FELLTO THE GROUND LAND ON A ROCK.
