EMPLOYEE ARRIVED EARLY FOR FOR AFTERNOON SHIFT & PARKED HIS CAR APPROX. 500' FROM A BENCH THAT WAS ABOUT TO BE BLASTED. ONE OF THE HOLES BLEW OUT THE SIDE OF THE BENCH & EMPLOYEE, WHILE STILL IN THE CAR, WAS STRUCK BY THE FLY ROCK FROM THE BLOWN OUT HOLE. HE RECIEVED A BUMP (NO CUTS) ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD, WE TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL, HE WAS XRAYED, EXAMINED BY A DR & RELEASED. T
